Subject: Reflective Hearts Panel

Hi, Lori,

Here's a photo of your "Reflective Hearts" panel. I cemented it for added strength, waxed and it, and buffed it to a super shine.

I'm sending it off to your parents today via Express Priority delivery. They should get it either tomorrow or, at the latest, by Friday, August 4th.

I enclosed a letter to them, giving instructions for care of their new panel.

I also enclosed an anniversary card in your behalf. Below is the scan of the card. On the envelope, I put "Mom and Dad" bordered with a heart. On the inside, I wrote, "Happy Anniversary," and signed your name to the card.

Thank you, Lori, for selecting me to create this very special gift for your parents. I put a lot of "love" energy into everything that leaves my studio, and I very much enjoyed every phase of creating this panel for them. It was a lovely gift for you to give to them commemorating their special day. I know they will treasure it for many, many years.

Please call upon me in the future if you have any further stained glass "moments".

Wow, you did a beautiful job!!! Thanks so much for sending the pictures. My husband just spoke with his parents today and they love the piece. They have a few places in mind as far as where to put it in their home. I'm sure it will look beautiful wherever it goes!!

I appreciate all you did. I know I didn't give you a lot of time to complete this. I am just thrilled with how it turned out and enjoyed doing business with you. I can't tell you how long I searched trying to find the perfect piece for them and once I saw your work and after having spoken to you, I knew it was the right one. Thanks again for everything and for making something truly special.

I will definitely keep you in mind for anything that comes up in the future. You do lovely work!!
